Our Hot Pilates class promises to sculpt and tone your body, strengthen your core and improve your cardiovascular system. Hot Pilates will burn hundreds of calories by focusing on high intensity interval training (HIIT) using Pilates principles.

Tabata is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that involves short, intense exercise bursts followed by brief rest periods. It’s designed to maximize muscle burning in a short amount of time.

Let’s pick up some heavy weights, slow down the temp and lift with intention to tone up Arms, Abs and Glutes. This is a 45-minute class with 30 degree heat and empowering music
