SUZANNE
As a new Pilates instructor, I bring my passion for teaching and a joyful spirit to every class. Full of energy and always smiling. I love creating a fun, positive atmosphere where students can feel comfortable, confident, and motivated. My goal is to make Pilates an enjoyable experience for everyone, whether you’re just starting out or looking to deepen your practice. I’m here to help you build strength, flexibility, and balance – all while having a great time. Let’s move, laugh, and grow together on this Pilates journey.

RUBY
I have been practicing Bikram for 14years. I teach Bikram, Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Hatha and Sculpt yoga. I am also currently studying Mat and Reformer Pilates. I love cuppas and hanging out with loved ones and very close friends.

ANGIE
Angie has left behind a world of high fashion to devote her life to health and wellness. During her life as a fashion model she realised the importance of inner beauty & outer beauty could only be maintained through the balance of physical, mental & emotional wellness.
Angie is now a senior teacher who integrates healing modalities with yoga to realign and create space in the body.
Since 2004 Angie has been certified to teach Hatha, Vinyasa, Bikram, Yin, Sculpt yoga, Core Plus & Mat Pilates She completed her Reiki master and theta advanced courses in 2014-5 and runs her Holistic Yoga Retreats out of Costa Rica, Bali & Australia.
Angie is also the founder of Jiwa Yoga Bali & has spent most of her time between Asia & Australia promoting empowerment through feeling & looking great from the inside out.

SAM
I have been practicing and teaching Yoga for over 15 years and Pilates for the past 5 years. My initial passion for human movement came from my years of training in athletics. It was an injury that led me to become a Yoga and Pilates instructor. Yoga and Pilates heals my body and mind, testing my limits, the edges of my comfort zones and where I am stuck. My favourite pose in Sukhasana or easy pose. It’s a humble posture but there’s nothing easy about it. It’s an exercise in maintaining good posture, a progression to many other postures. My classes are fun and accessible, with a constant reminder to never take oneself too seriously. There is never any pressure to perform, just show up.

MAGGIE
Hi I’m Maggie! I’m a passionate and experienced Yoga and Pilates and Fitness Instructor blending strength, balance and mindfulness. Over 20 years of practice and 10+ years of guiding others through Yoga, Pilates and Functional Movement. My goal is to inspire students to move with purpose and confidence and to have fun while doing so.

HILIORY
How has it nearly been a decade?! Come join me on your mat! I bring energy to every Pilates and Yoga class – because movement should feel good and be fun! No matter your ability, we’ll find the right balance to support and challenge you. Expect a mix of strength, flow, and a touch of cardio, all set to great tunes. Let’s work hard, have fun, and move together.

STEPH
Hi team, Steph here! I first discovered yoga at an after school care program when I was 11 and it was instant love. Since then I have practiced many styles of yoga, with a particular love for Aerial, SUP Yoga and of course, SCULPT. I decided to do my 200hr YTT and Sculpt Teacher Training in 2019 and have been passionately teaching ever since. What can you expect in my SCULPT class? A supportive and energising class that will nurture, develop and challenge your strength, balance and flexibility. Most of all, expect good vibes. See you on the mat.

JODIE
My name is Jodie and I am a certified Mat Pilates Instructor.
I have been practising Pilates and Bikram Yoga for over a decade and have a background in Nursing and Midwifery.
I am a Mum to three young adults and recently became a Grandma to a gorgeous baby boy.
I am passionate about body awareness, mental wellness and strength training to support my students to live their best active lives!
